Sarah has a passion for health, wellness, and happiness and loves to share her passions with others. Along with a bachelors degree in health and behavioral sciences from the University of Utah, Sarah is a Stott certified Pilates instructor and has experience teaching aerobics, barre, dance and HIIT classes. Her dance background is what originally drew Sarah to Pilates, helping keep her muscles and joints healthy for the physical stresses of dancing. She loves adding some of the artistry of ballet and the focus of pilates to create a great Barre class. Her classes focus on the importance of alignment and working your muscles correctly, through breathing, control, contracting, elongating and stretching. You will feel well balanced and refreshed after her class. In her spare time, you can find her paddling around Greenlake, finding the best donut in Seattle or in the mountains with her beautiful dog Bruno.
