Rebecca Jackson has a motto that “fitness is fun.” It may not start out that way initially, but her goal is to make every client and student find the fun in fitness. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Nutrition Specialist and AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. In addition, she has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. She believes that the first step to getting into shape is getting to the gym. Rebecca trains hard and teaches Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, TRX suspension training and Weight Training at several gyms. She is compassionate, passionate about diet and fitness, full of energy, and loves making people sweat.
Rebecca specializes in High Intense Interval Training, Creating Healthy Eating Habits, Core Training and Stability, Free Weights, Perinatal Exercise and Support.
