With a background in Power Vinyasa Yoga, Katelyn found her passion with teaching challenging Vinyasa flows and playful fitness classes. Katelyn believes yoga is best done sweating to Drake with a flow focusing on opening the hips, grounding and building strength, challenging our balance, and embracing playfulness. With a focus on music, Katelyn curates each playlist with R&B slow jams, summer hits of the 2000s,and music you want to dance to, creating a Vinyasa Flow felt through the body.
Katelyn has expanded to teaching Restorative Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Barre, and her favorite, core-centered classes. Every class promises a challenge, empowerment, music to move to and a laugh or two.
Outside of the studio, you’ll find Katelyn lying in a hammock at Golden Gardens, hiking a with her partner and her puppy, or laughing really hard at a good pun.
