Group classes are designed for all levels and can be modified. To reserve your spot in a class follow the link "Book a Class Now" on our website, use the Mindbody Connect app, or call us during desk hours at (206)632-2200. Online class registration opens one day before a class (example: to sign up for a Thursday evening class, sign up opens Wednesday morning) and closes a half hour before a class. Once online registration has closed, you may contact the front desk to sign up or ask the instructor if there is room before the class begins. Class attendees must arrive at least 5 minutes early and “check-in” with the instructor or your spot may be given to a standby student. If you have previously signed up for a class and can not attend, please cancel your reservation within 2 hours of class start time in order to accommodate another member. Repeated late cancellations may be charged a $5 late-cancel fee. Classes are free* for members, and $10-15 dollars for non-members depending on class length. Non-members must check in at the front desk upon arrival to sign in and pay for class. (*Special Class Events may not be included, see description for details.)
  • Ab Lab
  • This 30-minute class is all about strengthening your core, the foundation of every workout. Think of your core muscles as the sturdy central link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. Whether you’re hitting a tennis ball or mopping the floor, the necessary motions either originate in your core, or move through it.
Properly building up your core cranks up the power. A strong core also enhances balance and stability. Thus, it can help prevent falls and injuries during sports or other activities. In fact, a strong, flexible core underpins almost everything you do.
Each instructor brings their own background to the format. Find your perfect match or mix it up… No one class will ever be the same!
