Happy 2016, 6 NEW classes

The Fremont Health Club staff would like to thank all of our loyal members for their postie energy and love of exercise and health. You make this gym the wonderful place that it is.
2016 Class Schedule:
Barre Conditioning with Kris Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm and Saturday 8:45am -9:45am
Pilates Mat with Rebecca Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm
Mixxed Fit- 30 min during the lunch hour with DBT 12:00-12:30pm
(Ab Lab moved to Wednesdays)
Kickboxing with Rebecca Thursday 7-8pm
Yoga Sculpt with Jennifer Sunday 9:45am-10:45am (Starting 1/17/16)

Jingle Barre


Jingle Barre with Kris & Zina

Tuesday Dec 22nd, 7:00pm-8:30pm

($10 to participate) Get festive in this barre class with BELLS ON! Moves will be planned to get the most out of your jingle with a special emphasis on wrist flare and leg shaking. This fun class is co-taught by Zina and Kris, bells will be provided and you get to take them home!  Come ready to laugh, dance, and jingle!

Intro to HIIT the Barre and Body Weight

Saturday Dec 5th 10:00am-10:30am

(Free class for members) This is your chance to learn everything you need to know to jump into our regularly scheduled “HIIT the Barre” class feeling confident & ready! “High Intensity Interval Training” will get your heart rate up while Barre uses smaller repetitive movements to lengthen & tone! (Gym shoes required, all materials/props provided)


Intro to Body Weight with Kris

Saturday Dec 5th, 10:30am-11:00am

(Free class for members) Familiarize yourself with the popular Body-weight trend and get the tools (and modifications!) needed to make this class your own! Think planks, push-ups, squats, lunges & more… all the fundamental core-strengthening postures broken down to get the most out of your workout.

This is a great opportunity to meet our instructors, try out classes you have always wondered about, and get in a workout!
(10-15 minutes each, no reservation needed, completely FREE for members AND non-members!)

What is H.I.I.T?

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T)?
(Also sometimes called Tabata)

High Intensity Interval Training uses quick blasts of cardio or fast movement usually between 20-30 seconds at a time with 10-15 seconds of rest in between. HIIT is great for many reasons, it’s fast, efficient, it burns more fat in 15 minutes then an hour on the treadmill, but it is also being studied as a safe form of exercise for patients with chronic illness. The best part is, we offer 3 HIIT group class options a week at the Fremont Health Club!

Outdoor Classes

We are running outdoor classes while we wait for our new facility to open.

Our outdoor classes and registration will work the same way as our regular classes. See our online schedule to register. Classes will  be on the balcony of our new location. Click on a class name on our online schedule to see the class description including location, and if you need tennis shoes.

Remember, our members are not being charged for membership during this closure time, after we move in we will credit everyone for the exact length of time we are closed during this transition. The outdoor classes we are adding at this time are simply a benefit for our members.
